Now hiring Federal Work Study student
NATA is hiring one Federal Work Study (FWS) student to start in January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in Extension or environmental education to gain experience “behind-the-scenes” of operating a program. FWS student position can be adapted based on skills and interests to coordinate with coursework, internship, or assistantship requirements. Please follow the instructions in this OPS-hourly program assistant Position announcement AND include: 1) screenshot of your FWS award, 2) your Spring 2026 course schedule, and 3) hours available for Spring semester (typical FWS schedule is 6-10 hours/week at $14/hr.). Review of applications for FWS students will begin January 12, 2026.
