Our Programs
We currently offer programming in four Florida counties through UF/IFAS Extension Florida 4-H Youth Development Program.
At the foundation of Florida PROSPERs are the programs we offer to the community. These initiatives are Evidence-based programs (EBP) that have been rigorously tested and have demonstrated their effectiveness through scientific evaluation. The chosen programs are designed based on theoretically sound information, empirical evidence and continuous evaluation to ensure they achieve their intended outcomes. We not only aim to make improvements in the short-term, but also ensure that the positive changes we promote are long-lasting and beneficial for future generations. Florida PROSPERS offers two evidence-based programs: Botvin LifeSkills Training and the Strengthening Families Program 10-14.
