Purchase and review the Florida Youth Naturalist Instructor Field Guide. |

Complete the Instructor Registration and Orientation (30 minutes). Please click the link at the end to notify the Program Coordinator that you are ready to proceed with next steps. |
| 4. | Each time you are planning on teaching a Florida Youth Naturalist Program, complete the Course Registration to let us know what resources you need for your program. |
| 5. |
Contact us to order your course designation materials, if applicable. |
| 6. |
Conduct your Florida Youth Naturalist Program. |
| 7. | After completing each program, please complete the Post-Course Survey to let us know how your program went and provide feedback. |
Repeat steps 4-7 each time you instruct a FYNP course.
Register Your FYNP Course
Anyone is welcome to teach the FYNP curriculum, including UF/IFAS employees, independent organizations, state, county or municipal nature educators, homeschool and formal teachers.
By registering your course through the steps listed above, you are helping the FYNP coordinating team better understand how our curriculum is being used, and the impacts that it is having in communities across Florida. Furthermore, by completing the course registration, you will receive support from the state office, have access to additional resources, evaluation materials, logo designation items, and official recognition of your "youth naturalists".
