The annual evaluation assesses our student’s academic performance and research progress, and their job performance as Graduate Assistants (GA). Evaluations must be signed by both the student and their advisor and are usually due mid-Summer. - Guidelines for Graduating Students
These guidelines help students successfully plan their final semester and ensure a timely graduation. - IDP (Individual Development Plan)
All Ph.D. students at UF are required to develop an IDP annually with input from their major advisor. The IDP is an open-ended, student-driven document, created to help students align their personal and professional goals with their academic expectations and responsibilities.
